Our MIS system tracks submissions, quote hits, losses, and work in progress. This system allows us to manage our business by specialty, by class, by line, by distribution source and by geographic distribution. We currently utilize the fronting carriers rating/policy issuance system but are agreeable to a variety of options in this area. We base our business decisions on timely, accurate data that can be shared by our strategic partners. We look to collaborate with our partners and seek to avoid surprises.
In short, we are looking for a substantial long-term relationship with a partner that understands our model and is comfortable with our business segments. We are prepared to commit substantial volume to a relationship and pledge to limit the number of relationships in which we engage.
